Hidden Treasure

Located on top of Kenyalang hill, hidden by trees. Only the road sign can point where it is. However, if you happen to drive too fast, you'll miss the sign. I guess all of you must be wondering what this hidden treasure is. No.. it's not a treasure hunt thing. It's actually a nice place that served delicious vegetarian food. A small corner at the Ground Floor of the temple known as San Seng Tong, not known by many is a cozy and relaxing place to ease hunger. The cafe is only open on Sat & Sun.

I like the utensils being used there. It's kind of a Jap-Chinese mixed. I couldn't resist taking photos (erm..of course I did as permission for that :P)

The yellow chrysanthemums (planted by the 'si fu').

From first sight, the menu looked handmade. The outer layer of the menu is wrapped with a chinese designed textile.

Some of my favourite dishes :-

Rice In Mug - that's my nickname for this dish hehe. It melts in your mouth not on your spoon?
It's rice with some vegetarian ingredients and veggies served in a BIG MUG.

This is something ala French. The first time I came, it's named French Roasted Rice (something like that).
Now it's Roasted Fried Rice. Fried rice with cheese on top...yum yum. Eat while it's still warm.
